3. Registration on Okanga App is 100% free.
4. All items on Okanga App are contributed for.
5. Okanga App is a brand of FUNDTRUST PRODUCTS & PROPERTY LTD
6. These terms and conditions apply to and regulate the provision of household items, foodstuffs, and other financial services provided by Okanga App, a digital online shopping mall that is licensed by the Federal Trade Mark of Nigeria.
7. By operating an Okanga account, you hereby consent that Okanga may collect, obtain, store and process the personal data that you have provided to us during the onboarding process to receive updates, news, promotional and marketing emails or materials from Okanga
8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time and we may notify you of any substantive or material change in the Notice by one of the following means: updating this web page, sending push notifications, e-mails or letters, by phone or by publishing announcements on our website. By continuing to use the App after the posting of any changes, you confirm your continuing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions together with such changes, and your consent to the terms set out therein.
9. These Terms and Conditions and any amendments or variations made thereto shall take effect on their date of publication. You are responsible for being familiar with the current version of the Terms and Conditions posted on the App each time you access the App.
10. The use of the App may be monitored, tracked and recorded. Anyone using this App expressly consents to such monitoring, tracking and recording.
11. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or any portion thereof, please do not sign up or register to this App.
12. Signing up/ Subscribing to Okanga app shall mean that the subscriber/customer/Subscriber has accepted the terms and conditions of Okanga, by which acceptance the Subscriber/s also represents and warrants that he/she is eligible to subscribe. Subscription/ signing up to the App services shall be void where The customer/Subscriber/Subscriber/subscriber is found to be ineligible.
13. Our regular customer/Subscribers can migrate to online app using Okanga App.
14. Customer/Subscribers are at liberty to choose and make changes for desired products. However, when payment of product/s has reached/completed to 75% ……………………………
15. The customer/Subscriber/Subscriber would be required to fill out acquisition form once your payment for a product/s is complete for delivery purpose.
16. Delivery will be processed after one week of complete payment for products/s. All orders for delivery are subject to approval
17. The customer/Subscriber/Subscriber agrees to bear the cost of delivery of product/s contributed for before delivery processes are initiated by the company which is usually one week after complete payment as stated in T&C No …..
18. The customer/Subscriber shall wait for approval (either by sending emails, sms or placing phone calls) from Okanga Representative indicating that delivery process has been initiated upon this approval, The customer/Subscriber/Subscriber would be required to furnish the company with the correct and current place of residence for delivery purposes.
19. Subscription to any purchase plan on Okanga app shall mean that the Buyer (s) (subscriber) has accepted the terms and conditions of Okanga by which acceptance the Buyer (s) also represents and warrants that he/she is eligible to subscribe to the Installment Plan. Subscription to the Instalment Plan services shall be void where Buyer (s) (subscriber) is found to be ineligible.
20. The customer/Subscriber/Subscriber can request for refund if the product/s contributed for is no longer available in the market and the customer/Subscriber/Subscriber does not have any other product he/she wants. However, the customer/Subscriber agrees to pay a service fee of 10% of total amount contribution.
21. Having our app does not stop our customer/Subscribers from giving our staff cash to make payments on their behalf if such customer/Subscriber is opportune to stay in areas where we have branches, however The customer/Subscriber is obliged to confirm that the money given to our staff reflects in his/her wallet at most 48hours after such transaction has transpired.
22. The prices of products are subject to change in line with the prevailing market conditions, when this happens, you will be communicated.
23. The warranty and guarantee of any products being contributed for is directly from the manufacturers and does not in any way come from us.
24. 5% of contributed amount Insurance premium cover is optional and can be applied for any customer/Subscriber who wishes to buy such premium.
25. Insurance does not cover theft. The item must be physically provided and identifiable with the serial number or equivalent for claims to be made.
26. Insurance only covers repair or replacement of damage that the warranty of manufacturer does not cover.
27. Customer/Subscribers have to pay 20% of the cost of repair or replacement, as the case may be.
28. The customer/Subscriber claiming insurance bears the cost of logistics.
29. Any product given especially electrical appliances must be tested and confirmed ok on delivery.
30. In order to serve our customer/Subscribers better, we have a flexible plan whereby a customer/Subscriber can start contribution without any particular product in mind at the time of signing up with our app.
31. Food items and provisions are in packages; customer/Subscribers can pick their choice, add or remove items depending on their preferences and can as well select items entirely different from the already named packages.
32. Customer/Subscribers can use one accounts to contribute for multiple products.
33. Customer/Subscribers that stay close to any of our branches can pick up the products they contributed for if they wish to.
34. You may only add payment instruments (such as bank accounts, credit or debit cards) to your Okanga Account if you are the named holder of that payment instrument. We take any violation of this requirement very seriously and will treat any attempt to add a payment instrument of which you are not the named holder as a fraudulent act.
35. Contribution is flexible to for our esteemed registered App customer/Subscribers. Customer/Subscriber can make either daily, weekly, monthly contributions depending on their preference.
36. Your provision of personal/financial information to us for accessing our services signifies your acceptance of the terms of use of your data for every lawful purpose in order to provide you our services.
37. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of your App login details and for keeping your credentials secret and secure. You shall ensure that your credentials and login details do not become known or come into possession of any unauthorized person. Okanga App shall not be liable for any disclosure of your Credentials and login details to any third party and you hereby agree to indemnify and hold Okanga App harmless from any losses resulting from any disclosure of your Credentials.
38. You agree not to access Okanga App using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means.
39. No failure on the part of Okanga App or FUNDTRUST PRODUCTS & PROPERTY LTD to exercise, or delay on its part in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these Terms & Conditions or by law shall operate as a waiver thereof.
40. Okanga is not into manufacturing of any product whatsoever; hence no product/s listed on Okanga App is/was manufactured, produced or assembled by Okanga. Hence, Okanga shall not be liable to any customer/ subscriber for error, defects, or any damages suffered by such customer/subscriber as a result of coming in contact with or using any such product/s purchased from Okanga App. All item(s) listed on the Okanga app contains the description of the respective manufacturers who shall be liable for any errors, defects, or damages suffered by such users in line with the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions for such liability.
